5 Cup Salad

Old fashioned 5 cup salad is a classic side dish or dessert. Made with just 5 ingredients, this is grandma approved.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • maraschino cherries optional

Instructions

  • Place the drained pineapple tidbits, drained mandarin oranges, sweetened coconut, marshmallows, and sour cream in a large bowl.
  • Gently stir all of the ingredients together to combine. Optional top with maraschino cherries.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
