Ingredients

  • 1 16 ounce can refried beans
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

Stove Top

  • Place the refried beans, cream cheese, sour cream, salsa, taco seasonings, and cheese in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  • Stir to combine and heat the mixture through.
  • Once the dip has warmed, transfer to a serving dish.

Other cooking methods

  • Microwave: Place all of the ingredients in a microwave safe bowl. Heat for about 3 minutes. Make sure to stir halfway through.
    Oven: Combine the ingredients in a bowl or on the stove. Spread in an 8 x 8 casserole dish and top with extra shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes.
    Slow cooker: Place the ingredients in a slow cooker and cook for about 2 hours. Stir before serving.
