This simple sheet pan dinner is perfect for a quick and easy weeknight meal. It’s a great meal that is easy to customize.

Kielbasa and turkey kielbasa is a great refrigerator staple. You can use it for a variety of meals like this kielbasa and potato skillet and crockpot sweet and sour kielbasa.

Ingredients

  • Kielbasa – Use your favorite kielbasa sausage. They come in a variety of flavors and in beef, turkey, or pork.
  • Peppers and onions – Sliced peppers and onions.
  • Olive oil – Used to cook and brown the peppers and onions.
  • Italian seasonings, salt, and ground black pepper – Used for seasoning but can be substituted.
  • Hoagie rolls – I like using a sturdy hoagie roll to make the sandwiches.
